In 2016, this beautiful old building apartment was completely renovated and equipped with new furniture in 2021.
Due to the central location and good connections you can reach all major cities in no time.
Much emphasis was placed on high-quality materials and a beautiful atmosphere. Likewise, a high-quality kitchen with all the important built-in electrical appliances was installed. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped from cutlery to coffee maker and leaves nothing to be desired.
The bathroom has a tiled rain shower, a bathtub and plenty of space to relax and feel good. Towels, hairdryer and more are also available here.
For pleasant nights there is a box spring bed and a very comfortable sofa bed. In the case of the sofa bed, care was taken to ensure that the couch is equipped with a thick mattress for high sleeping comfort. Thus, there is enough space in the apartment for up to four people.
A small balcony invites for an evening drink.
For multimedia and communication there is a flat screen TV and free, fast WLAN. For longer stays, there is a great washer-dryer, which can be used free of charge.
Due to the central location and good connections, you can reach all major cities in no time. Likewise, you can get to the lake, the fair, Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg and many other places in a few minutes.
Various supermarkets, restaurants, drugstores, the train station and public transport are less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
