Information

Arrive and relax

To make your arrival as easy and flexible as possible, you will receive all important information about your stay about one week before your arrival (handover of the keys, parking etc.)

Check-In from 3pm

Check-Out until 11 am



We have put together a folder with our tips for trips, restaurants and bars.

There you will also find the right contacts to rent bikes or even canoes.

Smoking

Smoking in the apartment is not allowed - but we have placed an ashtray in front of the door. Please dispose of your cigarette remains there.

Night's rest

We also like to celebrate, but at room volume. In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask you to observe the public rest periods such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Also in the apartment itself you should keep quiet between 22:00 and 7:00 o'clock out of consideration.

Airing

To avoid the formation of mold, we ask you to air the rooms sufficiently, at least 1x shock ventilation per day for 10 min and especially after showering.

Damages

Nobody intentionally damages things, but can happen to anyone. We would be pleased if you would inform us about the damage. So we have enough time to prepare everything for the next guests. The tenant is liable for damages, in the amount of the replacement costs.

Duty of care

We ask our guests to treat the rented property with care and to ensure that fellow travellers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows are to be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage due to bad weather or burglary. The resources water and electricity are to be handled with care.

Cleaning

Please leave the apartment as you found it. Thank you :)

Domiciliary rights

In the case of immediately necessary repairs, it may be essential that the landlord enters the apartment without the guest's knowledge. We will of course try to avoid this or, in case of emergency, inform you by phone if you are not in the apartment.

Keys

Please never give the keys out of your hand. A loss of the keys must be reported immediately.

Liability

The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s).
