The living space
The charm of an old building apartment paired with the advantages of a new building apartment. Much value was placed on high-quality materials and a beautiful atmosphere. A high-quality kitchen with all important built-in electrical appliances was also installed. Additionally the kitchen is fully equipped from cutlery to coffee machine and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a tiled rain shower, a bathtub and lots of space to relax and feel good. Towels, hairdryer and more are also available here. A box spring bed and a very comfortable sofa bed are available for pleasant nights. With the sofa bed, care has been taken to ensure that the couch is equipped with a thick mattress for high sleeping comfort. Thus there is enough space in the apartment for up to four people. For multimedia and communication there are two flat screen TVs and free, fast WLAN and for longer stays there is a great washer-dryer, which can be used free of charge. Because of the central location and good connections you can reach all big cities in no time. You can also reach the lake, the fair, Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg and many other places in a few minutes. Various supermarkets, restaurants, drugstores, the train station and public transport are within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
Due to the fact that it is an old building, the house has not yet been renovated from the outside. Therefore it has the charm and history of the last 100 years. We hope that we can score with you with this beautiful apartment.
